Once your order is fully confirmed, our team will deliver all contracted hot and cold food in disposable aluminum pans (making it easy to reheat if needed), containers and beautiful, quality serving trays. Only plastic china, plastic flatware and disposable chafers and warmers are available with this package, but are not included. The order minimum for this service is $250 and all drop-off catering orders include a 4% service fee charge.

The Simply Plated team will arrive 1 hour before your events starts and set up all contracted food and beverage. Our team will use beautiful stainless steel chafers, serving ware, sleek beverage dispensers and your choice of black or white linen to spruce up your catering tables. Our staff will return at the conclusion of your event to pick up the equipment and clean up the catering tables. The maximum number of guests for Deluxe Drop off Service is 75. Groups larger than 75 people require on-site staff to keep the buffet line replenished and tidied. Only plastic china and flatware are available with this package, but are NOT included in this service. This service includes a flat drop off and pick up fee of $125.

With Full-service catering, our team will take care of every aspect of you catering service until the end of your event which includes delivering your entrees and sides and setting up an elegant catering display that includes our beautiful stainless steel chafers, sleek beverage containers, serving ware, disposable plateware, rolled plasticware, and your choice of black or white, fitted floor length linens for all catering tables. Our team will arrive 1-2 hours before your event to set up all contracted food and beverage service and will remain onsite to serve guests, clean up and disassemble the catering display and take care of table service which includes clearing of trash, dirty dishes, cups silverware and linens from tables when guests are finished. This package include upscale disposable plates, cutlery, cups and napkins, but china rentals are available and are not included. If your venue requires tear down and cleaning services from your caterer at the end of the evening, this package will cover those services including tear down of tables & chairs, cleaning floors and taking out trash. The food and beverage minimum is $3,000 and includes a 18% service fee and 18% gratuity.

Menu Planning & Proposal
After you have a chance to review our menu and make your selections, an event coordinator will prepare a detailed catering proposal for your review. Once the proposal is approved, we require an event deposit, along with a signed contract and credit card authorization form to officially book your event.
4 weeks prior to your event you will work closely with your event coordinator to confirm and finalize the details. Final head count and full payment must be received 7 days before your scheduled event.
Day of Event
We arrive on time and if just a drop off service, our team will set up your food as agreed. If it’s a full-service event, you can expect our staff to arrive as specified in your contract and take care of all set up, service & clean up. Your only job is to have a good time and enjoy the food & service provided by your new friends at Simply Plated.

We make drop-off catering quick and easy for you! All drop-off catering orders can be placed directly online. Qur full drop-off catering menu can be found on our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. All drop-off orders must be placed 72 hours in advance.
Yes, we do. Events confirmed 3 months or more will require a deposit of 30% of the total booking. Those bookings confirmed within 60 days of the scheduled event will be required to place a 50% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining balance of your event total must be paid 7 days before you event. If full payment is not received 7 days prior to your event, your booking will be canceled all pre-payments will be forfeited.
Bookings are not finalized until a deposit, signed contract and credit card authorization form are received.
Yes, we do have order minimums for all catering orders. Our order minimums are as follows:
Standard drop-off catering: $250 minimum
Deluxe drop-off catering: $700 minimum
Full-service catering: $3,000 minimum
We require at least 72-hour notice for ALL catering orders. We can not guarantee availability if placing an order close to the 72-hour cut-off.
It is hard for us to predict which dates will fill up fast for us. We do suggest that you reserve your date as soon as possible. Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis and are not fully confirmed until a contract and credit card agreement have been received, along with the booking deposit paid.
There are two simple ways to receive a quote from us. Complete our Catering Inquiry form or give us a call (614-736-3771). From there, you will receive a link to schedule a time to discuss your event in more detail with our Events Team. Once we have all the details, we can provide a detailed quote for you to review!
While we prefer all events to be confirmed 1 week in advance, we accept last minute orders and rush orders on a case-by-case basis. Those orders placed within 72 hours of the event date will be assessed a $100 rush order fee. This helps offset the additional food/labor cost to process your order on short notice.
All drop-off delivery orders placed online must give us 72 hour notice.

Absolutely! All tastings must be scheduled and have a fee of $30/per person with a maximum of 5 people attending. A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to schedule and should take place no later than 30 days prior to your event. If you sign a catering contract with us, 100% of the tasting charges will be applied to the balance of your event (less gratuity).
Simply Plated does not currently hold a liquor license, so we are unable to sell and provide alcohol at this time. We hope to be able to provide this service in the future.
