Do you have an event or corporate meeting for 50 people or less? Our Deluxe Drop-Off Catering option is perfect! Leave the planning and cooking up to us. Once you choose your menu, we take care of the rest. We will handle the delivery and set up of your chosen menu using tablecloths, stainless steel chafers and serving ware by our staff. Once your event is over, we will clean up your catering display and any equipment used. This catering option includes an 18% service fee. Contact us today to make your next event a hit.
Full-service catering for your event includes delivering your entrees and sides and setting up an elegant catering display that includes disposable plateware, rolled plasticware, elegant stainless-steel chafers, serving ware, and black, fitted floor length linens for tables. We are proud to offer a fully customizable menu that will have your guests satisfied. Our corporate catering event team will be there to serve guests. Once your event is done, we will clean up and disassemble the catering display. There is a standard 18% service fee including with full-service catering as well as charges for onsite staffing. Menu Planning & Proposal
After you have a chance to review our menu and make your selections, an event coordinator will prepare a detailed catering proposal for your review. Once the proposal is approved, we require an event deposit, along with a signed contract and credit card authorization form to officially book your event.
4 weeks prior to your event you will work closely with your event coordinator to confirm and finalize the details. Final head count and full payment must be received 7 days before your scheduled event.
Day of Event
We arrive on time and if just a drop off service, our team will set up your food as agreed. If it’s a full-service event, you can expect our staff to arrive as specified in your contract and take care of all set up, service & clean up. Your only job is to have a good time and enjoy the food & service provided by your new friends at Simply Plated.
Simply Plated operates out of a Health Department inspected and approved commercial kitchen.
Yes, Simply Plated is registered, licensed, and insured. We hold applicable business licenses for the State of Ohio and are fully insured. We can provide documentation at a client’s or venue’s request.
Yes, we do. Events confirmed 3 months or more will require a deposit of 30% of the total booking. Those bookings confirmed within 60 days of the scheduled event will be required to place a 50% deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining balance of your event total must be paid 7 days before you event. If full payment is not received 7 days prior to your event, your booking will be canceled all pre-payments will be forfeited.
Bookings are not finalized until a deposit, signed contract and credit card authorization form are received.
It is hard for us to predict which dates will fill up fast for us. We do suggest that you reserve your date as soon as possible. Bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis and are not fully confirmed until a contract and credit card agreement have been received, along with the booking deposit paid.

Yes, we do for our Corporate clients. Direct billing accounts must be pre-approved by Simply Plated. Corporate account terms are Net 30 and must have a signed contract and direct billing agreement on file.
While we prefer all events to be confirmed 1 week in advance, we accept last minute orders and rush orders on a case-by-case basis. Those orders placed within 72 hours of the event date will be assessed a $75 rush order fee. This helps offset the additional food/labor cost to process your order on short notice.
All drop-of delivery orders placed online must give us 72 hour notice.
Absolutely, we would love the opportunity to help you create a custom menu for your event. All the menus on our website are customizable. You are welcome to make any additions or changes. Please note, making any additions or changes may result in a change in price due to ingredient substitutions.
We have a variety of vegan, vegetarian, and special needs menu items. When you schedule a meeting to discuss your event in more detail, we will discuss your dietary needs and review some options with you.
We make drop-off catering quick and easy for you! All drop-off catering orders can be placed directly online. Qur full drop-off catering menu can be found on our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. All drop-off orders must be placed 72 hours in advance.
Absolutely! All tastings must be scheduled and have a fee of $30/per person with a maximum of 5 people attending. A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required to schedule and should take place no later than 30 days prior to your event. If you sign a catering contract with us, 100% of the tasting charges will be applied to the balance of your event (less gratuity).
Simply Plated does not currently hold a liquor license, so we are unable to sell and provide alcohol at this time. We hope to be able to provide this service in the future.

Our facilities are not food allergen or gluten-free. Customers with food allergies or other nutritional concerns are advised to notify our Catering Coordinators at the time of booking our services for assistance
