We Cook & Deliver
Once all orders are received by the deadline, our kitchen team prepares your meals fresh every weekend for delivery on either Sunday or Monday.
You will receive a text message on your selected delivery date when your order is headed to your home.

When you are ready to eat your freshly prepared meals, simply reheat using the instructions on the package label and enjoy the extra time you saved this week!

Ordering
We make it easy to get started! Simply review our rotating meal delivery menu when it goes live every Monday and select any combination of meals you would like. There are no contracts or subscriptions required.
Our new menus are released every Monday morning by 10am.
Yes, we require a minimum purchase amount of $40.
All orders must be received every Thursday by 8pm. Late order submissions will not be accepted.
Yes, orders can be canceled if a cancellation request is submitted in writing to Hello@simplyplatedco.com by Thursday at 8pm. Cancellations will not be processed after the ordering deadline.
Unfortunately, we do not accept meal delivery orders after the ordering deadline. Once ordering ends, our team immediately begins the planning and prepping process for meals being delivered that weekend, which is why we can not take late orders.
Each meal is individually priced and range from $10-$13 each
Unfortunately due to the volume of meals we prepare, we are unable to accept custom meal delivery orders.
Yes! We sell electronic gift cards in several denominations. You can purchase them here . Our gift cards never expire and make a great gift!

All meals are delivered to your home between 6:00 and 9:00 p.m. the following Sunday or Monday if your order is placed by Thursday at 8pm.
We use text notifications to update you on the status of your delivery. You will receive a text message when your meals have been picked up by our delivery drivers and en route to your home.
No, you do not. If you plan on not being home during the delivery window, feel free to leave a cooler outside your door and our drivers will leave your meals in the provided cooler for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a scheduled delivery time. Each week we base our delivery routes on the number of orders we receive and their location. Since the volume and routes of our delivery changes, we are unable to offer to schedule for meal drop-offs.

Food
Entrees last up to 5 days if stored properly in the refrigerator. Please transfer meals to a freezer-safe container and freeze if you do not plan to consume within five days. Salads & Seafood Entrees should be consumed within 3 days after delivery to ensure optimal taste and freshness. Be sure to keep all containers closed and refrigerated until you are ready to consume.
Instructions on reheating can be found on the label for each meal. We recommend reheating your meals in 30-second increments. This ensures you do not overcook your food.
At Simply Plated we take the safety and health of our clients seriously. All meals are prepared in our commercial kitchen, which has been inspected and approved by the health department. Prior to delivery, all meals are stored in a regulated refrigerator.
No. All Simply Plated meals are made fresh, packaged, and properly refrigerated prior to delivery every Sunday or Monday. Please refrigerate them as soon as they arrive or freeze if you plan to consume more than 5 days after delivery.
